Solstice Capital started from a simple observation: institutions that wanted exposure to staked SOL had no good way to get it without taking on custody and validator operations themselves. Direct staking meant keys, uptime, and slashing risk. Exchange-traded products left yield on the table.
We built Solstice as a public company instead. It holds SOL, stakes nearly all of it across a diversified validator set, and issues shares that track SOL held per share. Investors get one line item on a statement, not a wallet to manage.

Renata spent nine years running systematic trading desks before moving into digital asset allocation. She founded Solstice Capital to give institutions a regulated, share-based way to hold productive SOL rather than managing wallets and validators directly.
Marcus Thane
Chief Investment Officer
Marcus builds and rebalances the treasury's validator allocations. He previously managed fixed-income portfolios for a multi-strategy fund and holds a research background in proof-of-stake consensus economics.

Priya oversees the custody relationships, validator infrastructure, and day-to-day treasury operations that keep Solstice's SOL staked, secured, and independently verifiable at all times.

Daniel leads Solstice's regulatory strategy and listing compliance. He spent a decade advising financial institutions on digital asset custody and market structure before joining full time.
